Conference rooms

The MT Polska Centre provides conference space in the exhibit hall as well as in conference rooms.

Space available in the hall:

• 10,000m2 that can be freely divided, thus creating additional conference rooms
• dimensions: 102m x 98m
• height: 10m, 14m in some places
• possibility of organizing conferences for between 300 and 10 000 people

 

Space available in the conference rooms on the first floor of the office building:

Large conference room:

• area - 250m2
• dimensions: 25m x 10m
• capacity: 250 people
  • in the theatre configuration - 250 people
  • in the classroom configuration - 80 people
  • in the banquet configuration - 250 people
• natural daylight, with the possibility of darkening

 

The large conference room can be divided into three smaller ones, each of them with its own audiovisual and sound reinforcement system:

room A 80m2 dimensions: 8m x 10m capacity: 80 people natural daylight, with the possibility of darkening

room B 80m2 dimensions: 8m x 10m capacity: 80 people natural daylight, with the possibility of darkening

room C 80 mkw wymiary 8 m x 10 m maksymalna liczba osób 80 światło dzienne, z możliwością zaciemnienia

 

Room colours:

• walls - white
• floor - grey fitted carpet
• ceiling - white ceiling tiles

 

The conference rooms have independent safety systems:

• A system of smoke and temperature detectors
• Two independent fire escape staircases
• Emergency exit doors

 

The conference rooms are equipped with:

• Standard black ISO chairs
• A head table 180cm x 80cm
• A small table 80cm x 80cm for potential leaflets or catering
• Video projectors
• A flip chart and a whiteboard
• screens
• Wireless microphones
• podiums (height: 50cm, 70cm, 90cm)
• a sound reinforcement system
• Foyer on the first floor:

Other facilities located on the conference floor:

• A control room enabling the control and management of multimedia systems from one place as well as the observation of the whole event:
  • the control room contains the multi-room audio system for the exhibit hall and the main lobby, using which advertising spots, trade fair information messages and music can be played in the whole exhibition facility.

• a first aid point
• a cafeteria
