Trade fairs

The MT Polska Centre is a perfect venue for organizing a trade fair event.

I. THE EXHIBIT HALL

 

  • area: 10,000m2
  • Effective use of the hall: 75% of the exhibition space
  • The space in the hall may be adapted to the customer's needs by dividing it into two halls, 5000mkw each, using an acoustic movable wall.
  • During a trade fair event it is possible to construct conference rooms inside the hall and to organize thematic conferences.
  • Floor load capacity: 1,500 kg/m2; the load capacity may be increased by laying additional elements on the floor.
  • Wi-Fi wireless Internet access system
  • The floor of the hall is equipped with a system of service trenches, which enables a connection in virtually any place in the facility. The service trenches contain:
    • electrical wiring,
    • water and sewerage system,
    • symmetric Internet access connection - up to 40 Mb/s.
  • Gates and doors:
    • two 4m x 5.5m, electronically controlled gates
    • four 3m x 2.5m gates
    • 28 emergency exit doors around the hall

 

II. SPACIOUS RECEPTION LOBBY

  • area - 600m2
  • a modern access control system in the form of gates (10 tripod turnstiles, 2 swing gates), enabling the registration of tens of thousands of attendees and the creation of a database, pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act.
  • 14 computerized ticket offices
  • 4 computerized reception desks
  • a system of 22 synchronised LCD panels, capable of:
    • displaying the same messages and advertising materials simultaneously on all screens
    • displaying different content on each of them.

The panels can be used to display, for example, multimedia spots, advertising banners, information about the event, etc.

 

III. CONFERENCE ROOMS

  • Large conference room:
    • area: 250m2
    • dimensions: 25m x 10m
    • capacity:

- in the theatre configuration - 250 people

- in the classroom configuration - 80 people

- in the banquet configuration - 250 people

  •  
    • natural daylight, with the possibility of darkening

The large conference room can be divided into three smaller ones, each of them with its own audiovisual and sound reinforcement system:

    • 90m2
    • dimensions: 9m x 10m
    • capacity: 90 people
    • natural daylight, with the possibility of darkening

    • dimensions: 8m x 10m
    • capacity: 80 people
    • natural daylight, with the possibility of darkening

 

 

  • Foyer on the first floor:
  • area: 300m2
  • capacity: 300 people

Other facilities located on the conference floor:

  • a control room enabling the control and management of multimedia systems from one place as well as the observation of the whole event:
    • the control room contains the multi-room audio system for the exhibit hall and the main lobby, using which advertising spots, trade fair information messages and music can be played in the whole exhibition facility.

IV. OUTDOOR SPACE

  • The external exhibition space has an area of 4,000 m2
  • possibility of setting up temporary exhibit halls with an area of up to 3,000m2, equipped with air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems.

  • An underground car park:417 spaces
  • A ground level car park: 137 spaces 
  • A bus parking
  • An additional car park with 1000 parking spaces, available on request
